Paintball Guns, Choosing the Tippmann A5

This is one way to get lost in the melee and get discouraged. What paintball marker should you choose?
It depends on the style of paintball you want to play and how much you desire to invest time and money, but a good one to think of would be a Tippmann A5 for multiple’s reasons but mostly because it can fit about anyone need and preference. If you are a casual player, for the time being, it will make a good time of your paintball game for reliability and quality. Plus if you ever decide to crank up the time you play and wish to upgrade your A5 to optimize your style the possibility and combination this marker offer will not deceive you.

A A5 makes an excellent choice for starting peoples as well as veterans, especially in recball and military simulations because this marker designed to last and be customized in uncountable builds to fit the preferences of everybody. From the swift MP5K or the flexible M4 to the monster intimidating M249 SAW the choice of the look, and capacity you have plenty of choices.

Here are a couple of examples of Tippmann A5 Builds

It reliable and got great performances, even stock. It light and made of an aluminum body which takes on water and won’t rust so no problem in rain conditions. It also comes with a stock grip at the front to give you good and comfortable control over it. The stock barrel is a decent basic it won’t chop paintball often and got a short length, although, for the best result, I recommend changing the stock barrel by a more precise one like a Bigshot, and it won’t cost you much more.

Durability side, I would like to use a quote from Nicolas Cage when he talks about the AK-47 in the movie Lord of War ” it a weapon all fighter love. An elegant piece, it will shoot whether it covered in mud or filled with sand. It so easy a child could use it” . That my vision of the Tippmann A5 this thing made to be abused, and if it does break, you won’t have to spend hard money or time on it because the mechanical system inside is as simple as it can be. So identify the source of a problem in a A5 never take long or hard to fix. Most of the time it only will be an O-ring, who need to be replaced.

The downside of this marker is the price not the original price itself for a 200$ paintball gun it is worth it price and even more since this is a ready to go for battle the moment you bought it. The cost problems come from the upgrades and kits.

At the end of the day a fully equipped Kit for the Tippmann a5 will probably cost you more in after sale than the marker itself. Take mine, for example, a HK416 style A5 I bought it used 150$ in perfect conditions then got the kit it cost me around 400$ it serves practical and tactical rôle I agree but that a lot of money for bonus pieces of metal and plastic.

Sure the A5 designed to be shaped by lot of different weapon kit but it your choice it nowhere a necessity you could last your lifetime with a stock A5, and it is perfectly all right it your call to upgrade it or not. Hell just for the fact that this marker is a tough as a tank it worth the money.

So if you’re indecisive about the paintball marker, you wish to buy a Tippmann A5 will fill all the basics conditions you need even stock it a great starter, and as you progress in the world of paintball, you can shape it in whatever you need without needing to buy a different marker.
